This webinar covers the key points of the FY 2022 SNF Proposed Rule, as well as proposed updates to the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM). We discuss the proposed updates to the SNF Quality Reporting Program and the SNF Value-Based Program for FY 2022, as well as CMS’ commentary on PDPM and the COVID-19 pandemic. Interpreting this commentary can help SNF providers draw a roadmap for their compliance programs to ensure that their facilities are not at risk for audits and loss of reimbursement.
