PointRight is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to be a key partner and member of our corporate team. Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be a motivated individual responsible for managing multiple priorities and have experience dealing with a variety of employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable wearing multiple hats and work well in an evolving environment.

Job Duties:

  • Lead all functions within Human Resources
  • Responsible for full employee life cycle: Recruit, Interview, Onboard, Offboard and conduct Exit Interviews
  • Payroll management, including coordinating timesheets and PTO requests through automated system
  • Manage & coordinate immigration cases as necessary
  • Responsible for administration of corporate benefits
  • Manage annual performance review process
  • Maintain human resource policies and procedures, including employee handbook and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and complete personnel files and ensure job descriptions are current and accurate for all employees and roles
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services
  • Work closely with management and employees to establish meaningful working relationships; and improve communication and retention
  • Point person for employee relations issues, assisting with employee counseling and investigations
  • Train managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resource policies and systems
  • Responsible for scheduling quarterly all team meetings
  • Support senior management and perform other human resources responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Experience working in an environment supported by a PEO preferred
  • SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Experience managing immigration cases preferred
  • Experience in an environment dealing in PII, PHI or HIPAA preferred
